RWS 1055 Percussion Caps For Sale
The RWS 1055 No.55 percussion caps are high-quality, German-made caps by Dynamite Nobel, optimized for use with black powder percussion rifles and shotguns. These caps share the same diameter as the standard No.11 caps but have a longer skirt, which ensures a better fit on the nipple and consistent ignition performance.
The design reduces the risk of cap sticking, as the copper material splits cleanly upon firing, falling off when the hammer is lifted. Ideal for shooters seeking reliable and consistent shot groupings, the RWS 1055 caps come packed in static-free containers, available in various quantities to suit your reloading needs. Note that they are typically not recommended for revolver use due to their longer skirt design.
Important Information:
- It is imperative that you do not go over the loads that are specified in the reloaders handbook.
- Never, ever combine any primers, regardless of the kind, brand, or origin of any primers.
- Never attempt to use percussion caps as a replacement for reloading primers or musket caps.
