While it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular ground delivery. We ship UPS ground, FedEx, U.S. Mail or SpeeDee (depending on location). Expedited delivery is available upon request. Please provide your complete street address as FedEx, SpeeDee, or UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. We reserve the right to change the carrier.

How soon will I receive my order?
Every item that we sell is physically located in our warehouse, which allows us the ability to control fulfillment speed and get you your order as quickly as possible. Generally, most orders take between 1-7 business days anywhere in the Continental United States.

Shipping Starts at $42.00 an order; we only ship USPS Priority mail. Due to the ever increasing volume of credit card fraud it has become necessary for us to require all international customers to pay for orders by a wire transfer to our bank or through Western Union or any other means we deem necessary. The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with these payment options. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Shipping Requirements for Hazardous Materials
A Hazmat fee per shipping box will be applied to all powder and primer shipments. $24.00 Hazmat Fee for UPS, $29.00 FedEx Hazmat Fee (FedEx signature required upon delivery). You choose carrier at checkout by writing on the “order notes”. Hazardous Materials require an adult signature for delivery. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts or refused, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges including Hazmat fee. Hazardous Materials cannot be returned. Due to the complicated regulations of shipping powders and primers you will be contacted by Phone or Email if your order exceeds more than one Hazmat fee to confirm you still want to continue with the order.

No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. No return will be accepted unless the product is in the original container in good condition. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Enclose a copy of the invoice in the package. Save all shipping containers and documents on damaged packages. Carrier may need to make a damage inspection.
Warranties on Merchandise
Products not manufactured by Precision Reloading are warranted by the manufacturer. Please call the manufacturer if you have questions on the use or care of their product. Neither Precision Reloading nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write in regard to defective merchandise, please provide the customer service representative with your invoice number.
Prices offered on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and provincial and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Turnaround : Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday.
These are the companies we work with to get your orders to you. Please specify in the “order notes” section of the purchase page whether you would like to have your package delivered directly to your door. Depending on how quickly you need the items, we may ship them through Fedex, UPS, or any other courier we feel appropriate. If you choose this option, we will not be held liable for the shipment.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some carriers might not offer package tracking.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
